APPROVAL OF EXPULSION ABEYANCE CASE NO.14-368

Description

School Board Policy 5.34(4) permits the Board to hold in abeyance the expulsion of a student if the student participates in a recognized alternative-to-expulsion program. This student is being placed in alternative school.

Recommendation
That expulsion case no. 14-368 be held in abeyance per School Board Policy 5.34(4).
